This website

applysignals.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our web server records each request (IP address, time, page and browser) to keep the service running and secure. These logs are kept only as long as needed for that.

Customers

When you run our actor on Apify, Apify passes us your Apify user id and whether your Apify plan is paid. We use them to deliver the right content, apply the free-plan daily limit, and count usage for billing and abuse prevention. Daily usage counts are kept for about 13 months. Apify handles your account, payment details and run logs under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your name, email or card details from Apify.

If you email us, we keep the conversation to answer you and for our records.

People in job postings

Job postings are published by employers to reach the public, and sometimes name a recruiter or hiring manager. Before delivery we replace email addresses and phone numbers in descriptions and in the quotes behind requirements. Names in the text can remain. We use postings only to build the dataset, never to profile individuals.

If you are named in a posting and want it removed, write to legal@applysignals.com with the posting's link or id. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

Legal basis and your rights

We process customer data to provide the service you asked for, and posting data on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a job-market dataset, balanced by the removal of contact details and by takedowns on request. Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local authority.
